Returns and exchange details: If your item ordered reaches you in a damaged condition, please contact me within 3 business days of receipt, and ship the item back to me or send pictures and documentation for insurance purposes. If shipped via USPS, the post office will require you to show the damaged piece and its packaging for proof of damage. I will gladly exchange it for you-- or refund you. If you are unhappy with the item you ordered, please contact me and we can work together on ensuring you are happy and have a good experience. Please do keep in mind that each piece is a unique, handmade one-of-a-kind item, and may have imperfections that are part of the piece. In the event of a return or exchange, shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and non-refundable. Custom & sale items are non-refundable.
Orders & Payment
Orders can be made through Etsy, or if you prefer direct purchase, payment can also be made via PayPal or Venmo. Once payment is received, if the item is in stock, it will ship within 1-3 business days. Made to order items will ship within the timeframe in the listing (generally 2-3 weeks). You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order, unless it is a personalized item and I have already made it during that first 24 hour period.
For ceramic pieces, I pack each item in layers of bubble wrap, surrounded by heavy duty packing peanuts inside a heavy duty box. I take great care to ensure items arrive safely and am happy to replace anything that reaches you in damaged condition. (All items are insured) Shipping method: All domestic orders are shipped via US Priority Mail or Fedex, depending upon the size and weight of the package. If ordering through Etsy, you will be notified upon purchase of the estimated shipping date (date will be on your receipt) and will be notified again when the item(s) ship. If a package fails to reach you in a timely manner, we keep the tracking numbers on file and you are welcome to contact me for all relevant shipping information If paying via PayPal or Venmo, I will keep you updated on progress and when the item(s) is ready to ship. For orders over $35, free shipping within the U.S. is included.
